The Marine Corps Intelligence Educational Foundation was founded on 23 September 1995 and incorporated on 1 April 1996 as a non-profit tax exempt 501(c)(3) California corporation. The purpose of the Foundation is to support and administer the college scholarship program of the Marine Corps Intelligence Association, Inc., conduct and support unclassified research and publish historical studies and journals concerning U.S. Marine Corps intelligence history and activities, provide support for the Intelligence Library Support Program, and to serve the United States Marine Corps Intelligence Community and the Nation.
